A stunning though demanding trip to India with Petr, Cica and Maha-Radza. The main goal was to cycle 500 km from Manali (1900 m, Himachal Pradesh) to Leh (3500 m, Ladakh) over a few 5000m-passes. The altitude sickness, floods in/around Leh, blocked roads and destroyed bridges made it more difficult. But we reached the final destination in about 10 days. Thanks belong mainly to the Indian army who gave us advice about the best route, medical support, food and a lift over one remote pass.

We visited Delhi and Agra including Taj Mahal. We had a comfortable stay at the place of couchsurfers (Sri, Vijay and Ronita) in Delhi. Thanks a lot guys!
